Lisa has dedicated her career to mastering the art of hair color and design. As a Certified Master Colorist, she specializes in color correction and precision haircutting for both men and women.
With a lifelong love for the industry, Lisa has always prioritized ongoing education, learning from elite educators to stay at the forefront of new techniques and trends. She is also a committed member of the Brave Thinking program with Mary Morrissey, deepening her skills in both professional and personal growth.

Janet Erdman
Janet’s love for Aveda brought her to Headquarters Design Studio in 1990. As a salon owner and stylist, she has worked closely with Lisa in the development and progression of the salon and its team. Janet continues to educate herself by attending workshops and classes, whether locally in Chicago or as far as Minneapolis, New York, and Miami. Her specialties are women’s hairstyling, balayage highlighting, coloring, and special occasion hairdressing. Janet is certified in SoCap Hair extensions.
William has been a member of the Headquarters team since 2009. As a Studio Artist, William is committed to developing his skills through continuing education such as; working Fashion week NYC, attending Aveda’s Congress Festival in Minneapolis and taking classes at the America’s Beauty Show with celebrity stylist Beth Minardi among others. William is the salon mentor within the Aveda network. His passions are in hair coloring and special occasion styling.
William Craft
Genia joined the HQDS in August 2023 as a front desk staff, creating a warm and welcoming experience for every client. A recent graduate of Tricoci University’s cosmetology program, she is now training as a hairstylist through the Associate Program under Janet Erdman. With a passion for the beauty industry and a dedication to learning, Genia is excited to refine her skills and grow as a stylist. She looks forward to building connections with clients and being a part of their hair journey.

Jessica strives to create a warm and welcoming environment where clients feel cared for and inspired to embrace their unique beauty and style. She specializes in blonding, vivid colors, and special occasion makeup, with a commitment to ensuring that clients leave the salon feeling confident and beautiful. Jessica's passion for continuous learning has led her to complete Aveda’s Level One Color Solutions program, and she is dedicated to further developing her expertise in blonding, vivid colors, makeup, and waxing. When not at the salon, Jessica enjoys spending time at home, relaxing and recharging. She is proud to be part of the team and looks forward to the opportunity to work with new and returning clients.
